1. Print-on-Demand Products (Important)

All products sold on WhiteCoat Wears are custom-made print-on-demand items and are produced only after an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size ordered

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse
  

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We offer a replacement or refund only if the item you receive is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective

• Misprinted or incorrect compared to the order
  

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue
  

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force-majeure events are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.
  

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

• We are not responsible for the loss

• Re-shipping may require additional charges
  

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal).

• Refund processing times depend on PayPal and may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.
  

6. Chargebacks & PayPal Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a PayPal dispute.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, contact us through our website's "Contact" page. We normally respond within 72 hours.
